Ms. Jordan-Davis oversees all activities devoted to the recruitment and nurturing of underrepresented minority medical students and the fostering of diversity and multicultural understanding in medical education.

Ms. Niewdach manages programs such as the Summer Medical and Dental Education Program (SMDEP) and the State Pre-College Enrichment Program (S-PREP) that are all designed to increase the number of underrepresented minorities and economically disadvantaged students in medical or health professions.
